Return and Cancellation
Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are to be communicated to sales@kidstown.lk within seven days from the date of purchase of goods from us.
Products returned need to be in their original condition and should not be used, damaged or washed.
Customers will have the option of exchanging the products for another product of similar value or obtaining a full cash refund. Refunds will be processed within three business days from us agreeing for a refund. Refunds will be deposited only to the customer’s bank accounts.
If the product sold has any technical or manufacturing defect, a courier will be arranged by us to pick up the product and all courier charges will be borne by us.
